How many players does the game support?

Right now, the game supports 2-6 players. If you want to play with more, you can buy a second deck or simply use the plastic card versions of figurines, so it can easily accommodate up to 12 players.

What’s the age range?

6 and up. These cards are safe for moths too.

How long does it take to learn and play?

Learning only takes a few minutes. When you play, each round lasts around 5-10 minutes. It’s an easy game to pick up on, and all kids will love playing. With the expansion pack, there isn’t much to learn, the instructions on the cards are very clear.

What’s included in the game?

All Pledges include a 58 card deck of Can’t Catch Harry the Moth, instructions and a sticker pack! Some pledges contain Moth Figurines, exclusive cards, and collectors gifts.

Can I get CCH in other languages?

Unfortunately no. For the time being, there is only an English version of the game.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. You can find the prices for shipping anywhere in the world by selecting your reward level and choosing your location in the drop-down menu.

Can I pay without a credit card?

No. During the Kickstarter campaign, we’re only accepting payments through Kickstarter. Once the campaign is over, we’ll certainly provide a way by which you can pay through a different method on our website theodd1sout.com

What does “extra charges may apply” mean for multiple shipments?

We are constantly doing our best to give you the lowest shipping price, especially for multiple items. For the time being, use the shipping prices provided to buy according to your end location, and we’ll confirm everything before putting your rewards in the mail.

Can I get cheaper shipping costs?

For now, no. We are doing our best to get the best quotes for everyone around the world, but we can’t promise exceptions. We will keep everyone updated on any reductions in shipping we’re able to get.

Can I change or update my address/order/add to/pledge more?

Yes! At the end of the campaign we’ll send out a survey so you can confirm your order and shipping address, plus a detailed description of exactly what you ordered so we can be sure to send you your rewards accordingly.

What’s the size of the cards?

The cards are standard playing cards size (2.5”X3.5”).

Watcha gonna do with all this cash?

First, we’ll offer Harry a proper burial. Second, we’ll create a national park for moths, filled with non-zapping lamps and unlimited clothes. Only moths can be admitted. Bring your pet moths over, they’ll love it. Third, we’ll create molds for the figurines and order the best of the best high quality cards out there so your game can last longer than normal games. We’ll continue to improve our current rewards and always be on the look for higher quality items to provide you with.

Why is International Shipping so expensive?

This is a common question that we'd like to address. International shipments have to account for a larger fee and customs. So, we decided to partner with UPS to provide all in one single payment, so you don't risk getting your item stuck in customs and having to drive to your local post office to retrieve the item because you simply didn't pay customs. Or worse, having your item sent back.

Please understand that the shipping price you see accounts for both shipping costs AND customs duties. Hence, the seemingly elevated price compared to other campaigns.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:

BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?

This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
